Terrible experience. On the freeway, msg came on showing low tirepressure on front right tire of car. Called dealer/service. was about 5:00. Called again, wouldn't pick up. Called sales; they picked up; asked for help. Transferred back to service. Didn't pick up. Called again, asked don't put me on hold. Was put on hold. Near tears now. Finally got rep. He argued with me; said he didn't have time; cut me off. Came home; flat tire on 2020 750ix. Tried to make appointment over internet. Couldn't get appointment on their system until December 30th. Given up for the night. This is the worst nightmare I've ever had. Expensive car sitting outside with flat tire; and no assistance from local dealership. More
