I followed up with your General Manager who promised me he would take action to correct the negative impact that Mr. Kissens behavior had on me with his unauthorized credit check. Then the General Manager reneged by never following through. Obviously the problem i had with Mr. Kissens outright lies and manipulation are not confined to Mr. Kissen they seem to originate at the top with your General Manager. Indicating that this probably is a systemic problem supported by and protected by your General Manager. My negative impression of Your dealership has not improved since my encounter with Mr Kissen and his disreputable behavior but has become reinforced if not further validated by your General Managers misleading comments and lack of follow through to resolve the situation that Mr Kissen created, to my satisfaction, as promised. Looking back I am sorry that I made a purchase from this dealership. And I want no involvement or interaction with people who lack integrity like your General Manager or Mr. Kissen in the future. I take your offer for me to call your dealership so that you can help resolve the situation as without merit based on your GM's disingenuousness and failed promise. Unless of course that offer to consider the matter comes from the President or your CEO. So far I have reached as high as the GM who only exacerbated the problem with his false promises. If the CEO is concerned enough with these two employees behavior that he will take time to contact me and listen to my experience with your dealership I will be candid and open about my experiences and willingness to put things right for everyone.As it stands now no one at your place of business has shown a desire to do so.
