If you are considering purchasing or leasing a BMW DO NOT CONSIDER Stevens Creek BMW. I have purchased and leased 2 BMWs from Stevens Creek BMW and it really did not make a difference in terms of how I was CONSIDER Stevens Creek BMW. I have purchased and leased 2 BMWs from Stevens Creek BMW and it really did not make a difference in terms of how I was treated when there was an issue related to the termination of my last lease. I only found out there was an issue after I received a $3,000 invoice related to my termination of my prior lease after I agreed to lease a new BMW. Steven Creek BMW had their deal and completely washed their hands of making sure all of the paperwork to terminate my prior lease was complete. I consequently reached out to the Sales GM for Stevens Creek to resolve the issue and was promised that the issue would be resolved. After one week, I received ZERO follow up and have had to deal with the issue on my own. You might think that BMW is a cut above most dealerships in terms of service, but you likely will be sorely disappointed if you go to Stevens Creek BMW. My suggestion is you go elsewhere or you are likely to be very disappointed. If you work hard for your money and expect even at least mediocre service then you should go elsewhere. BMW Stevens Creek definitely just wants your money and cares less about whether you wind up getting screwed in the process. More

Crappy service, was never offered water, coffee! The guy helping me assured me that the car had gone through a rigorous inspection, the car is leaking oil and it’s been 2 weeks! He also told me that the car would have a free full tank of gas, I had to go back and ask him for it and he blamed it on the detail department. Don’t buy a car there, unless you’re buying a BMW, they won’t treat you right! The guy who was doing all the paperwork didn’t greet me, didn’t seem to care about us, it was get the paperwork done and signed! No interest at all! Horrible service! Not a customer friendly dealer! Elizabeth Czahar is the only competent employee I encountered in this dealership. I actively wanted to buy the car, and Elizabeth was the only one who helped me instead of fight me on buying. Your financial department did everything they cold to kill the deal, even at one point insulted my intelligence to fill out paper work because I didn't notarize a document that required both buyer and seller to be in the same room. After a few attempts to get a used BMW G30530e, including wasting a lot of time (and out of pocket Carfax $) to look at one at that was heavily photoshopped and grossly misrepresented by a well-known pre-own wasting a lot of time (and out of pocket Carfax $) to look at one at that was heavily photoshopped and grossly misrepresented by a well-known pre-owned car chain, I came across this car Jan 23 on their website.....a 540i slightly above my budget but it's got the right color and all the right options I desire. Leaving a message to be contacted was simple, and the chat with the inside-sales online Sunday am was easy. Got a text from Ahmed Kandil within an hour and he was extremely engaging and willing to help. After the terrible experience arranging for transfer of a G30530e at the "supermarket" with identical color and similar options, I must confess I was outright grouchy and my expectations wasn't too high and approached this interaction with skepticism. But Ahmed quickly won me over by not "selling" the car but proactively pointing out what the blemishes he can see with the car, took many pictures, and the spent 30 min with me on a Facetime walkthrough of the car with utmost patience and courtesy. We quickly setup a time to come test drive the car. The interior (ivory including seatbelts as you could imagine how easily stained they are) didn't meet the picky standards of my wife (which almost killed the deal) but Ahmed was very accommodating. He and his colleague agreed to have the car re-cleaned FIRST THING Monday morning and after that Ahmed immediately sent me photos and DROVE IT TO OUR HOUSE to let us see if it's acceptable. He immediately returned to the dealership to get the wheel rashes smoothened and re-detailed for SAME DAY delivery. WAY BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! This is ABSOLUTELY A WORLD'S FIRST when it comes to customer service and we cannot be more thankful. Everything was delivered as promised, no details missed, no missing accessories (like one could for sure expect w used car lots), the 33k mile car is just good as new. Ahmed deserves a medal of honor! And I should also mention Henry Ly of finance is the absolute most straightforward, professional, and efficient transaction manager I have ever seen. Talk about lightning efficiency in processing paperwork and getting us out in time for our appointment. A Guinness world record! Hats off to the SCBMW team. They really have their act together. More
