5 stars for Uno! I find the overall vibe of Stevens Creek BMW to be rather snobbish in the sales department and 'herd you like cattle' in the service department. That being said, I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep than Uno Unenburen. He was amazingly kind, patient, engaged, and helpful throughout my purchasing experience (test drive, specs review, negotiations, etc.). If you're going to buy from Stevens Creek BMW, ask for Uno! ME GO ELECTRIC? Met Johnny Ngo as I was just looking at a car that I had noticed on the road and wanted to see what it was. Had just returned from the San Jose auto Met Johnny Ngo as I was just looking at a car that I had noticed on the road and wanted to see what it was. Had just returned from the San Jose auto show and BMW did not have this car there. Johnny noticed us as we were walking out to look at the car and said “I think I can help you”. The car was an i3 and he explained that it was electric, etc. The cars I saw were used and I never ever thought I’d buy a used car, but these were in such good shape. I was very tired (I’m an 84 year old woman). Said I was very interested and would come back the next day. Went home and then decided I really wanted that car, so I went right back (with my friend) and got the purchase started. Johnny helped me get the purchase started so that I could return the next day to complete the purchase. So hard to believe that the paper work could be so slow and really think it should be improved, but Johnny stayed with us until all was completed and kept us from getting too impatient and giving up. Told him I never thought I’d trust a used car salesman, but he was different somehow and would there for a new car if he were showing it and I wasn’t such an old lady that I felt this is the last car I’ll get. Love my car and it is just what I want to go on the short trips around town that I now take. More

I gave my BMW 328i for service at Stevens Creek BMW here at Santa Clara, CA on 28th December, 2019. This was a routine 60k service that included engine oil change, brake fluid change and some regular multi at Santa Clara, CA on 28th December, 2019. This was a routine 60k service that included engine oil change, brake fluid change and some regular multi point checks. I drove out of the dealership towards my work and just before I reached saw large amounts of smoke coming out of the AC vents into the cabin and then in no time I saw huge clouds of smoke oozing out from under the hood. I was lucky to get out of the car in time and escape a major catastrophe. After the vehicle had cooled down a bit,, I popped up the hood and to my utter disbelief the engine oil tank lid was left open and the lid was sitting on the side inside the engine bay. There was oil spills all over the engine bay and inside of the hood. I spoke to the service center and they say they will clean the oil for me and do an oil refill. I don’t think they understand the seriousness of what I have gone through and the damage that the vehicle might have suffered due to a stupid mistake of there’s. They are not willing to take any responsibility of what might go wrong in the engine due to spilling boiling oil all over the components and driving the car with low oil pressure. I have reached out to @bmwna and will keep this page updated on what they come back with. If you are a current customer or want to be one, please don’t risk yours and your family’s life with these extremely careless people. More

No follow up to an issue with a used car Purchased a Used Range Rover- On 11/30/2019 Drove it home (158 Miles) Parked it for three days and when I backed it out of the garage there was a noti Purchased a Used Range Rover- On 11/30/2019 Drove it home (158 Miles) Parked it for three days and when I backed it out of the garage there was a noticeable oil leak under the rear end area. I have sent three emails to Stevens Creek BMW (General Manager, Sales Person and Finance person that took care of me) and left three phone messages Since the purchase on 11/30/2019. No call back nor response to emails- NOTHING! Car came with an inspection signed by Stevens Creek BMW stating "No Leaks" Crawling under the car it was clearly obvious that something had been leaking for quite some time. Not Happy. More
