Place is froud, they do not honor what they offer. This place is fraud, I cannot not believe how they have become an authorized dealer. They do not honor what they offer and raise the price. Here i This place is fraud, I cannot not believe how they have become an authorized dealer. They do not honor what they offer and raise the price. Here is more detailed version. I went this place two weeks ago but couldn't have agreed on the price. Last week I received a phone call from them and the dealer on the phone gave me the offer I wanted. Today I spoke another person on the phone and explained the situation and asked her if that deal is still valid. She told me she would call me back after talking to her manager and she did after ten mins. She told me the deal is still valid and it is only valid if I go there to purchase it today. Her name is Jessica Carrera and her manager is Petar Petrov. She told me Peter is waiting for me and they are preparing the car. I went there with my family to complete the purchase today. Another manager (His name is Andy) saw me and recognized me from our first visit. He told me he would help me and referred me to some other guy. Peter did not show up and did not get bothered to show up any time later. I explained the deal and they told me it cannot be true. They went back to talk to Peter and came back to me and told me they would give the car at the price I was told. I do not remember the guy who gave me the test drive but every time I asked for the price he said I will get what I am offered on the phone. After test drive, they gave me a price $3000 more than what I was offered on the phone. They told me Jessica did not mean taxes and registration included. I insisted on I was told the price included everything both taxes and registration. They implied I was lying and that was very embarrassing for me before my wife. (I am buying this car for her.) Luckily I had Jessica's phone number and I called her in front of the dealer. Jessica said I was correct and she said she gave me an offer after having talked to Peter. The dealer went back to talk to Peter and came back with Andy. Andy was expecting me to appreciate him because he was selling me this car. That was so rude. Andy said to me that we are human being and we can make mistakes. They put the blame to Jessica who was not there. He told me if I think that price is not a good price I do not have to buy the car. They are unprofessional and trying to rip people while signing the deal. Do not believe them at all and find yourself some other dealer who can give you a realistic deal and do not humiliate you. Find somewhere you honor the offer they give. More
