The "service pricing total" did not include the $300+ inspection charge. Also, there was a typo for the quote on tires, $89,000 (vs $890) which made the repair estimate confusing. Additionally, it was not disclosed until I arrived to pick up my car that there would be an additional 3% charge for using a credit card. Please make billing more transparent as this was a frustrating experience. More
When I came in, the advisor told me that I should have the transmission fluid replaced, the brake fluid replaced, and an alignment performed at the current mileage of approximately 29,800 miles. These services are not required until 40,000 miles, and I am not experiencing any alignment issues. When I picked up the vehicle after service, all of the tire pressures were incorrect. I was also told that I needed new cabin and engine air filters. However, I had already replaced them prior to the visit. I checked them again when I got home, and they were clean. They were clearly never checked. I then took the vehicle to America’s Tire for balancing. There was also an issue with the center console, and I was told that a replacement had been ordered and would arrive within five days. This was on 2/2/26, and I have not heard anything since. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never experienced such poor service. I would like the replacement part forwarded to Hyundai of Gilroy for future service.
