I had a great experience buying a new Venue! Javon was very helpful when picking a trim level, and even brought out a used model to show me what the color I was considering looked like. The dealership didn't have the color I wanted in stock, but they arranged to get just what I wanted from a sister dealership. The first Venue that came from the other dealership had a dent in it, but Javon cheerfully drove roundtrip to the other dealership in rush hour traffic to exchange it for a dent-free model.
