I’d like to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to the Hyundai team at Stevens Creek — what an absolutely amazing group of people. A little backstory: I’ve been a proud Hyundai owner for several years now, and I’ve genuinely loved every vehicle I’ve owned — from the Sonata, to the Santa Fe, and now the beautiful Palisade. Hyundai vehicles truly stand out in craftsmanship, reliability, pricing, and overall value. They are total crowd-pleasers, and unlike other brands I’ve owned in the past, I’ve always been more than satisfied with every Hyundai model. I initially put in a request for a 2023 Hyundai SE, and Anthony reached out to walk me through my options. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. We went back and forth discussing numbers and available vehicles, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. Not only did I have the pleasure of working with Anthony, but I also worked with Moe and Bibek, who all came together as a team to help me find the best solution and price that fit my budget and lifestyle. They truly listened to my needs and wants, made me feel welcomed, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable every step of the way. After finding the perfect fit — the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy — I was introduced to Marco, who made the paperwork process smooth and efficient. He took the time to thoroughly explain my contract and made sure all my questions were answered, which I truly appreciated. I can honestly say the team at Stevens Creek Hyundai is incredible. Car shopping can be intimidating, especially with the fear of feeling overwhelmed or taken advantage of, but that was not my experience at all. Every interaction with these gentlemen was positive, reassuring, and professional. I left the lot feeling confident, excited, and extremely happy with my decision. There were no hidden costs and what we agreed on the phone is what I walked out with. Brian was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He ensured we not only got a good deal, but had a great experience of purchasing and owning the car. A few special details that added to the experience - 1) Brian gave a very sweet, handwritten note along with our keys that just made the experience that much more personal. 2) I noticed a few scratches and smudges on the car at the time of delivery and Brian made sure to coordinate with us and the service team to ensure we set up an appointment to get that taken care of at the dealership's expense. The appointment is yet to be completed, but do appreciate Brian's follow ups. More
I've had a mixed experience with Hyundai service. The service center front office works well (dealt with Nick and manager Dana, both very helpful), but quality control of the mechanical work on the c The service center front office works well (dealt with Nick and manager Dana, both very helpful), but quality control of the mechanical work on the car was quite poor. I brought my 2023 Sonata to the service shop because the large tray assembly right underneath the engine fell off and were rubbing against the asphalt while driving south on I-5 for no reason other than perhaps not installed or assembled properly. Service shop replaced the tray with a new part, which I paid for along with a new set of fasteners. When I received the car after service, I looked under the car and noticed that the new tray was also sagging down with several fasteners missing in the front. A good mechanical shop would never have delivered a car with missing fasteners, leave alone a visibly sagging under-tray that would eventually fall off, just like it happened on I-5. I informed Nick about the problem, and he put car to a second round into the shop for the mechanics to place the missing fasteners. This should never have happened if quality control measures were in place. The reason I am providing these details is that when I originally brought the car to the dealership service and indicated what had happened with the tray falling down on the freeway, the front office said that they cannot be sure it I hit something on the road that made the tray to fall off. I know I have not hit or scraped anything that would trigger this problem. But it was my word against theirs. If I did not inspect the car after service and drove home and then noticed the same problem much later, I would be accused that I had hit something and have had to pay for yet another under-engine tray assembly. This why I say quality control in the shop is important. More
