My service advisor, Tommy, was able to take care of finding my maintenance plan (after not showing at first, as this was my initial maintenance trip) and also gave my Crosstrek a badly needed wash. I also especially liked the flat “desk-like” surfaces, with built-in charging stations for each person! This is my FORTH lease from Stevens Creek Subaru, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else (TRUTHFULLY!). More

During the service period, it was nice to have a good loaner car. My service advisor, Alfonso, was very helpful in explaining the services that I needed for my car. He also worked with me in keeping my loaner car. My service advisor, Alfonso, was very helpful in explaining the services that I needed for my car. He also worked with me in keeping my costs down in light of the extensive work needed. He also sent me a picture of the work-in-progress on my car, which I appreciated. Alfonso assured me that he would do everything he can to make sure that both, my car and I, would be taken care of, and he kept that promise. Great customer service! More

Cedric was very professional, and courteous. All other employees seemed to be as well (opening doors for us etc.). I had a bad experience at Carlson Subaru earlier that morning, so I was not feeling much employees seemed to be as well (opening doors for us etc.).
