From the time I arrived to when the service was done everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. I called the day before for an appointment and the guy was attentive and cordial. When I pulled in I was immediately greeted by the service attendant. Nathan Burstein, the service advisor, got me started and made sure that the work will be done on time. However, there was an urgent work the mechanic pointed out and Nate asked me if I would like the work to be done and since I have to take a long trip in a day or two, I consented and Nate assured me that they will try to get me out of there in no time. My kudos to the team and to Nate in particular for another great Toyota service! More

I was pleased to deal with Fred and Maurice in buying my new Scion tC. I had driven the 2005 model for about 9 years and was elated to see, that Toyota had updated the tC with modern technology, but had k new Scion tC. I had driven the 2005 model for about 9 years and was elated to see, that Toyota had updated the tC with modern technology, but had kept some of the old, e.g., an ignition key. Maurice and Fred worked well together and, other than a low trade in value for my 2005 tC, I was overall happy with the way things turned out. Given that a potential customer needs individual care, I believe Fred and Maurice make a good team and care about the customer and making (him or her) feel special and well taken care of. More

Martin was the wonderful sales-man who sold me my new 2013 Toyota Highlander last Sunday. When he approached my family and I he had a presidential look to him. At the time we were unsure that we were going to buy a new vehicle and originally wanted to purchase a used car. As the time went on he requested me to test drive a new Toyota Highlander which I did and my family and I quickly fell in love with the car. Martin was extremely helpful and very polite. I would recommend not only the dealership but Martin as a car sales-man to anyone. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this was the first time a sales-man went above and beyond there job description. At the end of the visit I was driving my new 2013 Toyota Highlander home.
