I went in a couple of weeks ago to look at a Toyota Prius. A young employee named Alex Cheng came up to me and greeted me with a smile. At first, I was apprehensive because I've had bad experience with salespeople and I didn't want to be pressured into anything I didn't want to buy. But Alex was amazing... not only was his attitude atypical of a salesperson, but he was knowledgable, friendly, and I felt no pressure at all from him. Despite the fact that he is young(or maybe, BECAUSE of it), he understands a customer's feelings and respects them. He was very patient with me while I asked many questions about the Prius and its features. I decided to leave the dealership and he handed me a card with his phone number on it; I thought to myself that I would come back and buy from this guy if I bought a car anytime soon. Well, it turns out I was right. I bought a Prius from him a couple of days ago. Alex's attitude was great throughout the entire transaction and he didn't try to pressure me in any way. In fact, he treated me as though I was his only customer the entire time. High Recommended. More

Despite the very poor reviews for Toyota Stevens Creek, we had a wonderful experience with Ford Schwartz, the Internet Sales Manager. We eventually could not come to an agreement on the price, but we walked away feeling sorry we could not close a deal. Deal with the right people here and you'll be fine. We heard the salesperson at the next table being very pushy with 2 customers that were trying to walk away because they couldn't agree on a price. More
