We purchased our RAV 4 at Stevens Creek Toyota, we had a flat tire and went to walmart to fix the flat, we were not able to figure out how to reset the tire sensor light so my wife called the Dealer, the se flat tire and went to walmart to fix the flat, we were not able to figure out how to reset the tire sensor light so my wife called the Dealer, the service center advised my wife to bring in the car and he will be happy to show her how to reset the sensor light. I brought in the car to the Service Representative that spoke with my wife, he made me stand waiting for him for what seemed like five minutes, finally he asked how he could help me, I advised of his conversation with my wife and asked if he could show me how to reset the sensor. He told me that it would cost me $150 to look at the car but I told him that he advised he can show my wife how she can reset it so he told me to have my wife bring the car in and walked away. I will never purchase a car from this place again nor use their service, we took the car to Toyota Sunnyvale and they were happy to show us how to reset the sensor. More
This place is amazing. They always are so helpful! They are the only place I trust with my car, I've had some bad work done at some other place in the past. They almost always can fit me in for an oil chan are the only place I trust with my car, I've had some bad work done at some other place in the past. They almost always can fit me in for an oil change and basic maintanence for the same day if I call early enough. They usually do all the work while I wait. They even have a shuttle that can take me to work if I need it. They always wash my car too. I would reccomend anyone to this place! Love it! More

i find your dealership to be devious and underhanded. i have been lied to and i am now looking for another Toyota dealership to take my business to. Why you wonder well listen to this: My wife went to your website and answered all the questions for the cash for clunkers program, called and talked to the salesman Jason. He said no problem bring both your cars, one for CFC and the other as a trade-in. He then said we would be able to take the car(black Rav-4 4cyn 2.5 litre eng)home that night. So we took the 2 hour drive through rush hour traffic only to find that my truck did not qulify for cash for clunkers so no 4500.00 trade in. The sales manager said he would take the truck and our Fiesta and with the 1000.00 rebate gave us 5000. trade in value. Payments were supposed to be under 300.00 but was to be 317.00. Our next slap in the face was no Rav 4 it would be in the following thursday. So i have been driving my gas guzzler for a week and now i find out that the Rav 4 won't be in until maybe the first week in Sept. I beleive they knew all along that the car would not be in. I was lied to my face. Every time i listen to KFOX and hear how great Steve Cornelious is and Stevens Creek Toyota is i want to puke. I was misled by your website, lied to by the slaesman and sales manager and you want my business? i will let everybody i know about this and plan on sending a letter to my buddy Steve Finley at 7 On Your Side also. Went to buy a new car. The salesman disappeared after a minute. Did not see him again (we were there for another 20 minutes). We approached another salesman. My experience at this dealership was nothing but pleasant. The sales people help me find exactly what I was looking for and answered all my questions. Some friends gave me Jason Xenos' card. They had just bought a highlander hybrid, from him. I did a lot of internet shopping, and he had the best price. Even though I had been talking with Jason, Nart spent a lot of time explaining details of the prius. He was polite, patient, and personable. The next day Jason wasn't available, so his brother Nick to my husband for a test ride. He was also helpful and patient. The night before I was going to go in a buy the car, someone told me about an even better deal they got at another dealership. I spoke with Jason, and he happily met the lower price. Jason also spent a lot of time with me in the car before I drove away, showing me all the cool things the car could do. There was no hard sell- I feel like these people are now my friends. Jason even called the next day to see how I liked the car. I wholeheartedly recommend Steven's Creek Toyota. Dr. Pec More
I was there to purchase a yaris today, the black yaris which they were offering me had 68 miles on it, and I asked if I can get another one for less miles as a brand new, he told me:" you have got to go t which they were offering me had 68 miles on it, and I asked if I can get another one for less miles as a brand new, he told me:" you have got to go to Japan to pick up one with less miles." Then I offerd a price and one of the managers, Mr.MO, accepted my price and he even shaked hand with me, but later on he denied his words and refused to sell me the car for the accepted deal!!! Even the first sales person was shocked by his act!!! I wasted 2 hours there and did not get the car, I finally got the car for the same price some where else. I do not recommend this dealer at all!!! More

Even before showing us the vehicle, the dealer demanded we buy the SUV then and there. We said we'd like to see the SUVs and its features first. He then drove us to a nearby car lot and once again demand we buy it forthwrite... Well, since they had only red SUVs with a V4 cylinder (we were looking for a V6), we told him that was not what we really wanted ( we were looking for a black V6 Toyota Rav4). We asked him his price for a V6. Then he got all the more rude, and repeated his demand, drove us back to the dealer office and told us he had an appointment and we should come tomorrow!!! Yes, that's the way we were treated! The salesman was thug-like in his talk and there was totally no excuse for his rude, animal-like behavior. In all it was a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend you to go there if you want a pleasant experience. Sure enough just a week later we purchased a brand new SUV (Toyota RAV V6) from ANOTHER dealership and this time we had a good experience. More
