I purchased a used 2022 Ford F-350 from this dealership out of state and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience both during and after the sale. During negotiations, I worked with my salespers out of state and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience both during and after the sale. During negotiations, I worked with my salesperson, Stephen, and asked that the deal be structured at a 5.8% interest rate. I was provided a signed deal reflecting that rate, contingent on credit approval. After my credit was run, I was told over the phone that nothing had changed, so I proceeded with the purchase and placed a deposit. However, when I arrived at the dealership a few days later, the terms had changed significantly. I was presented with a 10.2% interest rate and told that was the best available option. I was also told the monthly payment could be kept the same, which ultimately did not reflect the reality of the financing terms. As a result, I now have to refinance the vehicle to get the rate originally discussed. Shortly after getting home, I discovered that the passenger-side tail light had a hole in the housing, allowing water intrusion and causing part of the light to malfunction. This condition was present at the time of sale (and visible in the original listing photos), but it was not disclosed, and was hidden with red tape. I contacted Stephen the following day and was told the issue would be corrected. However, instead of receiving the correct replacement, I was sent a cheap aftermarket taillight which was not even for the correct truck. I reached out again providing the Ford P/N and was assured the correct tail light would be sent. I again was sent a cheap aftermarket tail light which did not match as they are a different brightness. After multiple emails and follow-ups went unanswered, I sent a certified letter requesting a proper resolution. This eventually prompted a response from management. I spoke with Sean, who acknowledged the prior communication issues and stated he would follow up with a solution to “make it right.” That follow-up never came. At this point, the issue remains unresolved. What should have been a straightforward fix turned into weeks of poor communication, unfulfilled commitments, and lack of follow-through. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this dealership carefully review all financing terms in writing and thoroughly inspect the vehicle before completing the sale. I would still be willing to resolve this matter if the dealership chooses to follow through. More

Bad experience I will not refer ANYONE to them! !!! Still can’t drive my new van, only had it for 2 weeks and it’s been at the dealership for 4 days and I was told it was ready to be picked up and a !!! Nothing was completely done that was supposed to be done in my contract and drove it home an hour away and got stuck on the side of the highway now no one will return my call and still waiting. I’ve been putting phone calls into them and no one has returned my call. This is not the first time when I first picked it up. I called into my sales person and did not get a call back. I had to go down there and when I went to go see the vehicle they told me it was sold, and then all of a sudden it was available. It was sitting in the shop. My sales person rushed me to fill out the paperwork for financing before I even test drove it so I was not aware of any issues it had until I already had the loan and went outside to drive at home and it was smoking very bad and I thought I was gonna get stuck on the highway so I called them up and had to bring it back in. Now I’m stuck with a vehicle that does not start and waiting to see what they’ll do. In the meantime I paid for insurance I put money down and can’t go to work without my running van. Not fair at all. I just went there to get a reliable vehicle so I can make a living and get to work, but that’s not happening not too happy and the only one there who would help me at all was Marcy and the finance department other than that I would not refer nobody to this dealership. I am really disgusted. I shouldn’t have to chase them around after giving them business. More
