I am an educator on a strict budget, and they collaboratively worked with me to find a vehicle that was a perfect match and cost for my needs. Stevenson Honda Dealership Did not have exactly what I was looking for on the lot but got one in for me in 24 hrs. Car was reviewed by mechanic quickly and efficiently. Don't Buy at Stevenson I wrote a negative review 2 days ago and now the website has changed, but I will write it again. I purchased a vehicle in 02/2014 returned it in 03/2 I wrote a negative review 2 days ago and now the website has changed, but I will write it again. I purchased a vehicle in 02/2014 returned it in 03/2014 because the vehicle was in the repair shop for 3 out of the 5 weeks I owned it. The short block that the engine sits on had to be repaired, the engine was replace, then the engine had a leak, then they told me the engine was not leaking the CV joint needed to be replaced. I refused to take the car after the repairs because I felt I was driving a DEATH TRAP. Stevenson's refused to return my $6000.00 down payment. Now the only recourse I have is to take Stevenson's to court. I lost my down payment, the first car payment and taxes paid for the car. I believe any business should stand behind the product they sell and not try to take a working persons money. Stevenson's owns a Kia, Acura, Mazda and Toyota dealership. $6000.00 may not be much to them but it is a mortgage payment, monthly bills, food, utilities and a few other things to me. More

I walked in after doing much research and knew what I wanted. Mitch Brannan was right at the door.. with a very humble, and kind smiling face. I told him what I was looking for and also explained a bit that I wasnt really interested in hagling, negotiating - I didnt want to waste his time and asked that he didnt waste mine. He was very kind, a good listener (kind of refreshing in sales), took notes and was very focused. He showed me a couple of cars on the lot, they were nice, they were the right model I was looking for but, I was really looking for more basic. We headed inside to do a bit more research. Although I thought Mitch was doing a great job another salesman came over, smiling and very full of energy, he started to sort of "try" to take over. Although I liked the new salesman - he was more of your typical salesman and I work around that all day and was really interested in straight talk. Jake the second salesman although very good was fast talker - I guess that works.. and I sort of felt that Jake was trying to take over as I learned that Mitch was fairly new. Ken in financing was very nice also, although it was clear he wasnt feeling that great - he listened as well and I felt he did a good job. There was not a whole lot of pressure from anyone - just very positive motivation. I really liked Mitch's style though... positive, caring, inquistive and thorough - he seemed very sincere and precise. Anyway - I love the Honda Fit I bought as I have always wanted a Honda and I have had a few bad years of some very bad automotive issues with my previous car(s)... I feel like now I can exhale. I got a Certified Used car from these guys and it came with pretty messed up transmission that they had slyly masked by some temporary procedure (I'm not exactly sure... mechanics are slick). After a month the transmission's problems (skipping, delaying) revealed themselves. Then I brought it to them to get another transmission and when I went to pick it up, conveniently for them, "their printer wasn't working" so they couldn't print a receipt saying they had put in a new transmission... all they had did was what they did to it when they were going to sell it! In addition, one of the service desk guys was acting like I was an inconvenience for him. Very poor place to buy a car. More
