To qualify that statement you have to understand that I have bought and sold over 115 vehicles in my life.(age 49).So, having such a great experience is really saying something! Betty Keith was my saleswoman and GQ was the Sales Manager. Together, they are a tought team to beat. Both are consummate professionals! with enthusiastic personalities,. exceptional product knowledge, and a genuine interest in identifying my vehicle needs and pointing me in the right direction. Betty greeted me with a smile and firm handshake shortly after parking my car on the lot. I explained that I had spoken to GQ on the phone and he had some great options for me to see apon arrival. (I was shopping for the replacement of my 2015 accord sport)-(bought from GQ/Stevenson Honda 4 years ago) Betty was ready for me. She had a few 2018 accord Sport leftovers and a bunch of 2019's for me to see and drive.. The new accords have so much more technology than my 15 sport! Betty explained every single bit of it. Every feature, every aspect of added safety/security available. Absolutely all of it! she even explained how the engine and drivetrain differs from my 15..S.H.H certainly trains their staff well and it shows. So, after the test drive, its time to buy a car! I liked the silver 18 but loved the Pearl white 19. I knew the 18 would be a better DEAL but the 19 was what I really wanted. Betty and GQ were able to make the 19 work. At a great price! 😁 A very important point in all of this was time!My time! I work hard and have very little spare time during the day to shop. The entire buying process took less than 2hrs of my time!!!! I can't tell you how important that is!. I am now the proud owner of a NEW 2019 Pearl white Honda Accord Sport and its AWESOME!
