From the moment we arrived, Nicholas, our salesman, couldn’t have been better. He was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough when describing our options of vehicles. He did a search for the car I really wanted and worked with us to get to a great price while being overly fair on my trade-in. When I picked up the car a couple of days later, they gave me the “red carpet” treatment!! Literally! Even a red bow! Nicholas spent over an hour with us in the car going over absolutely every inch of it and it’s capabilities while being super patient. He even asked Madison to make sure he a couple of items correct, he did! And it couldn’t have gone smoother! Oh and TJ worked with us to go over our warranty options. I just recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from Stevenson Hendrick Mazda in April of 2022, first one being in April of 2020, and just as before, the process was incredibly easy, fair, and stress free. I had a car that I wanted to trade in towards a newer vehicle, and Alex Churchill, the Vehicle Exchange Manager, gave me a trade in estimate, and put me in touch with my Sales Consultant, Leah Jensen. Leah found out what I was looking for in a new car, and found me exactly what I was in the market for, before it even hit the lot. She gave me a complete rundown of all the specs on the new car and was very knowledgeable on any questions I had pertaining to its features. Leah then put me in touch with Jared Hagenbuch, my Finance Specialist, we were able to come to a relatively quick agreement on the price of the new car, and the credit I would receive on my trade in, numbers that I was very pleased with. The new car arrived about 4 days later, and the purchase was finalized the day of arrival. The service and detailing department also ensured that the car looked pristine before my arrival. So all in all, each of the individuals I worked with on the purchase of the car made the dealings very swift and worry free, a 5 Star experience. More
