The staff at Stevenson-Hendrick were absolutely incredible. Recently, I inquired about trading in my 2019 Rav 4 and received a reply almost instantly. Upon arriving to Stevenson Hendrick, I was greeted with utmost respect and to my amazement, received the full appraised value on my trade in vehicle. The inventory at Stevenson-Hendrick is plentiful and found what I was looking for instantly. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my sales associate, finance officer, and Kelly Blue Book representative. It’s also refreshing that there was no hassle or pressure from the sales associates.
