I purchased a car in March 2021, purchased remotely and had the car delivered to me. The purchasing process was pleasant and easy and everyone involved was really kind. The problems started when my 30-day paper tag expired and I couldn't get a straight answer from the finance department about where my license plate was. The repeated answer to me over the phone was "it should be there this week". No matter who I spoke to, I was either given that answer, transferred to someone who was not at their desk or asked to leave a message for someone regarding my situation. This was told to me every week. My following up several times at the DMV led me to uncover that the car was not registered under my name, and not even the dealerships. 6 months after I had purchased my car from this dealership, the DMV had record that it still belonged to the prior owner!!! When I finally was able to have an employee of the DMV call the dealership directly (the second week of AUGUST), only THEN did I receive a phone call from the General Manager at SHTJ, where he was claiming that he had only just heard of this situation. He was extremely amenable and handled my situation with great care, for which I was grateful. The final verdict was that the title was never transferred, something about the woman who traded-in the car had never released the lien. But this is not the woman's problem. It's not my problem. It is entirely the responsibility of the dealership to ensure they have the ability to sell a car! This dealership was not authorized to sell this car to me and yet the transaction occurred. I shudder to think of what could have happened had I been so unfortunate as to be pulled over during that time. I was refunded my money in-full, the car was purchased back, and I have decided not to take legal action. My part in the matter was that I could have followed-up more directly, been aggressive sooner and should have had a sense that something was wrong by the second month or so. I just didn't know any better. Steven, my salesperson, was very kind and I don't know if he had anything to do with this fiasco. More

While Mr. Muhammad did his job well. I was placed with southeast Toyota finance. Southeast Toyota finance has been a problem from day one. Having all three of my small children with me, one would expect this to be, at a minimum, a long and stressful process. However, Jennifer was fit for the task and welcomed the four of us in to promptly get started on helping me find a great deal. She was highly knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to listen to my exact needs and desires. After working with management to get the deal just right, I walked out of there with a brand new truck and a payment that worked very well for my budget. All in all, the best experience I’ve had at a dealership hands down! Go see Jenny! You won’t be disappointed! More

I leased a new car, asked them to contact me for any maintenance issues, they called my wife every time. Turned in the leased vehicle a month early 10/20/2020, kept getting charged by Toyota Finance aft maintenance issues, they called my wife every time. Turned in the leased vehicle a month early 10/20/2020, kept getting charged by Toyota Finance after all 36 payments had been made because this dealership didn't let Toyota know it was turned in. I got that fixed by calling Toyota directly. Got a call today 12/30/2020 from Toyota stating this dealership did not have the car I turned in. Had to take a picture of the Odometer Disclosure Statement with the employee's names who the car was turned into and email directly to Toyota Finance. Not sure if this is over yet... Liked the car - terrible service during and after the lease. More
