I made an appointment online for the Free Diagnostic Service and also included a warning light that on . I rec’d 2 confirmation emails which included all my appointment details. Took 1-1/2 days to replace back brake pads. Had a Friday appointment at 8:30am. Dealer didn’t look at the truck until 4pm. Said they needed to work on Saturday because not enough time after 4p Had a Friday appointment at 8:30am. Dealer didn’t look at the truck until 4pm.
