When it became apparent that the repairs were going to much more than a simple fix, I asked if there was a chance that they could take it in trade, he introduced me to John who was also very helpful and understanding. He was also very clear that the deal would be a little complicated because of the condition of the truck still being undiagnosed fully. He introduced me Jeffrey who helped me look at the different available options on the lot and I settled on a Trax. When we got more information about the repairs needed on the truck, John gave me a very reasonable and fair offer for it, and we were able to work a deal. Then we did all the paperwork and Aaron in finance did a great job of making sure all the Is were dotted and the Ts were crossed. There was a delay on my trip, but everyone there did a great job and I felt that they really understood my situation and truly wanted to help. Thanks again for everything. More
