had two horrible experiences since this spring. They replaced a the radiator. then 4 weeks later the cooling line from the radiator to the transmission popped off. Appointments were overbooked so wait time was longer than expected. I was told the oil change special price didn’t apply to me and that I would have to pay for an additional 2 quarts of oil.
