Kevin was the best salesman to work with, wasn't pushy but was super helpful and made everything so easy. He has gone above and beyon for me throughout the whole process. had two horrible experiences since this spring. They replaced a the radiator. then 4 weeks later the cooling line from the radiator to the transmission popped off. I live far away so had to spend $1500 somewhere else for them to fix the issue that was caused by Stevinson not doing the repair correct. they said not their problem. I also had new brakes done last fall. squealing like crazy. they said it is just dirt. More

Appointments were overbooked so wait time was longer than expected. I was told the oil change special price didn’t apply to me and that I would have to pay for an additional 2 quarts of oil.
