I live 5 hours away in Durango, looking for a specific car, I talked to Jim about what I wanted in the vehicle I was looking for, he told me he could help with all my concerns, it was really important to car, I talked to Jim about what I wanted in the vehicle I was looking for, he told me he could help with all my concerns, it was really important to me to have a sunroof, he told me he can have one placed on the car in 24 hours, and he wasn't kidding! He got it placed and had it ready before I got there. He was very sweet by making sure I was safe on my ride down. And even waited for me late that Friday night. Jim was so helpful and took care of me! The next day I had to swing back by the car lot for something, and he had me drive my car to the wash bay and washed the mud I got on it and touched it up in his suit! He stayed late and was there 1st thing in the morning where he had a water and coffee waiting for me for my drive home. Jim will go out of his way for you, like he did for me. Jim Page, the sales associate who helped us was knowledgeable and a lot of fun to work with. We did not feel pressured to buy and felt that all our questions were answered honestly. We hadn't had lunch and when I asked him if there was somewhere to get something to eat, he insisted we take his own sandwich! He also knew we were under a time constraint and he orchestrated everything so we drove out with our new car and were on time for our granddaughter's first birthday party. I would send anyone to buy a car from Jim. The gentleman in the finance department who helped us was also efficient and explained everything to us clearly. We've purchased cars from Stevinson before and will certainly do so again in the future. More

I had an amazing experience buying a car from Jim Page at Stevinson Chevrolet. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, toting along with me 4 kids, and 2 steers. We purchased a 2012 Chevy Traverse (Certified Pre-Owned, low miles) April 2013. We had a very good buying experience, everything went very smoothly. The sales rep (Briana) and finance guy (Brent) were very friendly and helpful throughout. We felt we ended up with a pretty good deal and good financing (we have excellent credit). We purchased a few options including the extended warranty and the front end clear coat (which they were able to add within a few days). We had pre-approval from our credit union for a low interest loan (~$30K), but Stevinson was able to offer a slightly better deal via their relationship with Wells Fargo, so we went with that (we have other accounts with WF so that is fine). The only issue we had was we were told the car had a tow hitch (apparently hiding underneath the bumper cover), but later found out it did not. Though a little disappointed, it's not a huge deal since the car either had it or it did not, and the price of the car was good anyway, so we plan to add a $300 tow hitch. Still happy with the deal. Only had the Traverse 1 week, but absolutely a joy to drive. Every feature seems well thought out, and plenty of room. Nice ammenities abound. A lot of nice features for the reasonable cost. We'ere planning a 2800 mile road trip (with our dog) about a week from now, so looking forward to enjoying our new Taverse, and the extra room we'll have for our dog. ~Jeff & Linda More

I was referred to Stevenson Chevrolet through a co-worker. My first contact was with Alisa Sanchez who introduced me to Kevin Kramer who she billed as, "one of the best" in the sales department. She said he'd take care of me and from the first hand shake, Kevin didn't sell me, he won my trust. I'm a cautious person and was prepared to get the razzle dazzle treatment from some slick car salesman. Well, I learn from experience. I was taken care of by the team at Stevenson. There was no over the top salesman ship; just a group of good people who helped me procure the nicest vehicle I've ever owned. I received a lesson on the virtues of the Chevy 2500 HD Silverado. Although Kevin choreographed the experience, the truck really sold itself. My appreciation really comes from the teams earnest effort to make the deal happen. I was presented with a very fair deal with my trade and the finance team did an exceptional job for me making the purchase one that covets no regrets. Recently purchase a used 2012 vehicle from Jim Page. Our time is very limited and Jim was wonderful about responding to my emails even when I know the dealership was closed. I have been looking for a car a for several months and while I tried to communicate that email was the best method for me - Jim was one of the few who actually respected that. I also value that he understood we knew what we were looking for and needed and didn't try to steer us away or to a more expensive model. Stevinson worked with us on our trade and we got a great price for the amount of car we purchased. All with the remaining warranty in addition to an addition Chevy certified used vehicle warranty. It feels like we got a brand new car for a fraction of the cost. Once we narrowed in on the car we wanted, Stevinson's prices were much more competitive than any other dealerships for used models several years older. They also worked to match competitive financing we received elsewhere. This is the second purchase from Stevinson and I imagine it won't be our last. More

I had visited other dealerships looking for a dependable used vehicle. The 1st car-lot, a smaller dealership out of town had great prices, but the cars were not in good condition. I test-drove one of their cars but I didn't get excited to buy into it. The 2nd car-lot I went to was a midsize dealership. I went there 2 times in 2 weeks to look at a vehicle. Then I visited Stevinson Chevrolet West in Lakewood. Bob Goodwin greeted me outside. He listened to what I needed from a vehicle and the 2nd vehicle he showed me was the one for me. The car was in the Stevinson Lexus lot next door. Bob took care of the whole process at the Lexus side, even though he works on the Chevrolet side. It was very convenient for me as a customer not to have to go back and forth. The people at the Lexus side were great to work with also. Very nice and professional people. Why did I buy a car from Stevinson? 1.)Bob heard me, not just as a customer but as a person. I got the car I wanted and that suited my needs best. 2. )He didn't make any assumptions of what I wanted, and therefore didn't hone in on a car he thought I should have. This was a problem I ran into at 2 other places. 3. )The price was fantastic and the car is great! I drove it up to Echo Lake by Mount Evans that very night to celebrate my new-to-me car. I drove it for about 2 hours straight on the mountain roads. It did great. Thank you for listening Bob. Thanks to you I have a reliable car that is fun and safe to drive. My Honda Accord wasn't the most glamorous sale of the day, but the customer service from Bob and the Lexus people was top notch from start to finish. The bottom line is I needed a car, I had no choice but to get another one. There were many opportunities to buy a car, but I like to be treated as a person not just as a customer. I want to be treated respectfully and not as a business deal or a ‘buddy’. And I want a car that won’t turn against me in budget or style. And on a side-note…they were very, very generous on the trade in value of old worn out car. I can recommend Bob Goodwin and Stevinson Lexus to anyone who is looking for a car. Again, I know Bob works at the Chevrolet side. I don’t have in depth experience with them, I’m to busy driving to Colorado outdoor recreation destinations with my car! Thank you! Colinda More
