I had Jim Page and he made my buying a new truck very easy and he made everything else great. When I first got there he greeted me in a professional manner and he ask me what I was looking for. I told him that I wanted to buy a diesel and I wanted all the bells and whistles and he showed me a couple of trucks but then he show me this white pick up truck and I really liked it. So, he said that he was going to get the keys and he hope that I didn't change my mind when he got back ( I didn't). Then we went for a test drive and I fell in love with right away and so when we got back to the lot, he wanted to know what I wanted to do. So I said lets go make a deal and I tell you he did a great job of getting everything that I wanted and the payments that I could afford and I really appreciate how he work with the finance department. I really like how Jim treated me and not putting pressure on me on how we were going to get the deal done. I told my friends that this was a great place to buy a new or even a used vehicle because there was no pressure put on me to buy this truck that I really wanted to buy. P.S. Last day shopping for car and we went to Stevinson Chevrolet. They came right out at 0800 in the morning and we drove off with a certified Suburban at 1230pm. No pressure from the finance manager Mr Simon to purchase any extras but we bought both the gap insurance and the 100k Chevrolet warranty. My wife was not present to sign papers but that was no problem. She had just been in an auto accident that totaled her Dodge and it was time to go big or go home. They helped us make it happen. We drove 5 hours home in the comfort of our Suburban. Thanks Jim Page!! More

This letter is to thank our salesperson Jim Page at Stevinson Chevrolet West located at 15000 W. Colfax Avenue in Golden, CO. My wife and I have bought many cars over the last 50 years and have dealt w Stevinson Chevrolet West located at 15000 W. Colfax Avenue in Golden, CO. My wife and I have bought many cars over the last 50 years and have dealt with many “slick Willie salesmen” who bombard us with all sorts of sales pressure tactics. We both would have welcomed having a root canal without Novocain than to walk into a car dealership! I must say that our experience with Jim Page was nothing like we have ever experienced before. Jim was very knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. Both my wife and I asked many questions regarding the car that we were interested in purchasing. Jim Page answered our questions and explained everything in detail and didn’t hurry us. Jim put no pressure on us what so ever. My wife and I made up our minds that we would purchase the 2013’ Chevrolet Malibu. The paperwork was drawn up and off we went with our new car. Several days later I phoned Jim Page at Stevinson Chevrolet to tell him that the “alarm system light” was not working on the Malibu. Jim immediately set up an appointment for us. Turns out that the alarm system just needed to be re-programed. Jim made sure that this was done in a timely manner. Talk about prompt service and assistance . . . Our car was ready to go before my wife and I had finished drinking our coffee. Jim had gone above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Jim must have noticed that our car was dirty due to the melted snow. This was not Jim’s job but he took the time to personally wash our car. This is the kind of man he is . . . He even put a towel on the floor board so our mats would not get dirty Jim is an outstanding salesman. So much so that my wife and I were confident enough in Jim to possibly purchase another vehicle. A few days later we were back at Stevinson Chevrolet West. I wanted to see what kind of a tradeoff I could get for my 2002 ’Chevrolet Silverado. Jim sat down and listened while we explained our situation regarding how much money we could or could not afford. Jim asked me questions regarding what I wanted and what I needed in the truck. Jim would tell me the cost of the items that I wanted which helped me to decide whether I could afford them. Jim was very patient and gave me space to think things out. I needed a hitch on the truck and Jim said he would try his best to make this happen. I was overjoyed when he returned with my request honored. We really appreciate Jim and the professional way he did business with us. It will be our pleasure to refer our family and friends to this fine salesman. In closing we would like to say that the staff at this dealership goes out of their way to assist and satisfy your needs to complete a purchase and continue with communication and assistance thereafter. I’ve paid full price for a Certified Pre-Owned. Fred Gonzales assured me there is a 12 month 12000 miles extended bumper to bumper warranty. It is now 3 months after delivery, GM Global Connect shows n Gonzales assured me there is a 12 month 12000 miles extended bumper to bumper warranty. It is now 3 months after delivery, GM Global Connect shows no extended warranty on my vehicle. I have call Chevrolet, they told me there is no record showing the vehicle is CPO. Fred ignored my emails for the last 2 months, I had also left message with the front desk for him to call me, but he has not return my calls. I understand it costs the dealer $1000 to CPO a vehicle, not sure if they really have CPO my vehicle. I was contacted by Patricia Ford, Customer Relation Manager. She had the issue resolved to my satisfaction. During the process, I can see that Stevinson Chevrolet West is truly committed customer satisfaction, they are the dealer that you can trust on, I would recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I started the search process for my Camaro in early 2011, canvassing all Denver area dealers for the best price, service and inventory. Jim Page replied quickly with a price so different than the other deal canvassing all Denver area dealers for the best price, service and inventory. Jim Page replied quickly with a price so different than the other dealers, I at first figured he had not read my inquiry and priced a lower trim model. After following up with him to confirm, he again quickly responded with confirmation of my desired trim model and the same low price. Other Denver area dealers were quoting the same car for $5K higher. When I inquired of the other dealers as to the price discrepancy, their answer was "demand/supply" and that Jim could/would not ultimately sell the car to me at the quoted price. Jim was extremely engaged throughout the purchase and special order process starting in March, 2011 through delivery in late May, 2011. After the sale, Jim has been similarly engaged on service needs and customized options. I've bought many cars in my time and have never experienced the level of engagement as I have with Jim Page. If you go into Stevenson Chevrolet, ask for Jim. You will not be disappointed. More
I was in a bad car accident in December and a week and a half ago the insurance company deemed my car as totaled. Thus I began looking for another new car (even though I had just made my sixth payment on my half ago the insurance company deemed my car as totaled. I had gone to one dealership already, and knew where not to go from the process of finding my Subaru six months prior. I came across a sales ad for Stevinson's online and called the dealership. I explained to the salesman, Jim Page, what my situation was. I'm fresh out of college, just got my first job in the specific industry plus a few other independent contractor jobs, I'd only have a small amount of money down, and that I wanted this specific Chevy Cruze they had on sale. Oh, and that I needed him to care and not just about dollar signs. He did. Over the course of my stay in the dealer, both Jim and Jeromy fought with banks and lenders to get me in the car because nothing has yet been reported to agencies of what happened to my car, nor has the insurance cut the check yet. Both Jim and Jeromy really stepped up to the plate and made sure I was a happy customer. They got me in an amazing car, for a great rate, and worked with what I was able to provide. While all the banks were saying no, Jim and Jeromy were convincing them to say Yes and made sure I was able to take possession of my car the moment the rental was due back at its shop. They both cared, and not just about dollar signs. I couldn't ask for better service! More
