We came in on a very busy Saturday afternoon about two hours before closing. Every sales person was already engaged with another family. We ended up buying the vehicle that we came in for and Matt was very courteous and made sure we understood everything about our vehicle before we left. It took them 12 days to fix my brand new Hyundai Tucson hybrid which would not start. 3 months old. I would have to leave 3 or 4 msgs before anyone in the service dept would get back to me They are overl hybrid which would not start. 3 months old. I would have to leave 3 or 4 msgs before anyone in the service dept would get back to me They are overloaded. After the part arrived, they could not get to it for 3 days. I had to rent a car. 12 days. I am grateful to have my car back. This experience was anxiety filled and SO FRUSTRATING.
