Purchased a Tucson I bought a 2016 Tucson from Henry after visiting with him on the phone earlier in the day. We completed the deal a little after 9:00 pm. I felt I was fully informed and the negotiations were amenable. I was shown various payment plans and the payments for each plan and a detailed report when I chose a plan. Pierce covered the financials in a professional manner and gave me a clear picture of what the warranty does and does not cover. My wife purchased a 2004 Santa Fe which my daughter now has as her car. She had previously purchased a 2005 Elantra which I traded in on my Tucson. The Tucson does have a little over 5000 miles on it. From the paperwork associated with the car it " appears " the car was loaned out several times. I did not ask how the miles were accumulated. All in all a very pleasant experience. My rating of the quality of work of the service department is referring to an incident before you purchased the business. So if the team has changed, the review rating is not a reflection of the current team. The oil filter was not tightened properly during an oil change on the Santa Fe. I kept the Santa Fe gambling that the damage to the engine was minimal when my wife was driving and noticed the warning light. My price rating. Obviously I chose to purchase a vehicle from your dealership so I was satisfied with the price and Henry and managements back and forth negotiations. But, I'm 73 years old and am aware that there is a mark up on all vehicles. Since I don't know the mark up and since I made the deal in one visit, only you know if the price was the right price for both of us. More

Not once did I feel like he was trying to push me to make an immediate decision on a car, and he's very honest and sincere.
