Doug went out of his way to get me the model and color I wanted and even made sure that the after sales items were taken care of properly. Doug is extremely knowledgeable as far as the brand and functionality of the vehicles are concerned and he set me up with the bluetooth, remote garage door opener and explained the various functions of the car. Johan did a great job as well by getting me the best loan rate and also letting me know about the additional options, such as extended warranty and car protection packages. I brought the car back for some after service work and got a 2016 Elantra for a loaner. I was blown away. Excellent dearlership and all around great empoyees. Honest, Fair, Easy I have now made my second purchase from this dealership. The first was a 2012 Sonata Hybrid, and now I just upgraded to a 2016 Sonata Hybrid Limited. For both transactions, the dealer was honest with me, negotiated fairly and in good faith, and made the whole process as easy as possible. Furthermore, the quality of service on my 2012 was always excellent over the 3+ years I had the car. I see no reason to believe that the service will decline in any way.
