Get promises in writing! My 80 year old parents went to look at a used vehicle for me since I was still in Ecuador and needed a car when I returned. They and I were told that the car had new tires on it which at first thought seemed odd since it had 24,000 miles on it. When I had my parents go back the used car manager said that he was there when my parents were first there and the salesman never said that. The lady working in the office said to him "how would you know that since you were not even there that day". He was very rude to my parents. The car had several large paint chips on the passenger side which the salesman said they would repair. I agreed to buy it if they would complete the repairs. It took two weeks to repair after numerous trips by my parents to the body shop and the final work was unacceptable. They just filled with touchup paint. When my parents told them that I would not be happy, they said if you wanted it perfect then you should buy a new car. Again they were very rude. I purchased 3 other vehicles from Stevinson over the years and never had a bad experience until these guys. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More

After negotiations via the internet and phone the deal was made. After a test drive and some time to think about the purchase we puled the plug and are very happy. An awesome purchase price for the Santa Fe Sport and a fair trade in offer of our vehicle solidified the deal. I recommend this dealership, and especially Jim Rosa for anyone looking for a New or used car. The negotiations were easy and fair. No high pressure sales tactics here! More

I first spoke to Jamie on the phone and negotiated the price for our new Santa Fe. When we arrived at the dealership Jamie was tied up and he introduced us to Pierce who took care of us from that point forward. I was certainly well satisfied with my interaction with Jamie but want to especially recognize Pierce for his outstanding service to us.
