Amazing experience / Great cars! I typically don't write reviews but the experience at this dealership was absolutley amazing! It was a strange experience, because going into a dealer I typically don't write reviews but the experience at this dealership was absolutley amazing! It was a strange experience, because going into a dealership you usually feel like you need to put up your guard. These guys/gals made the experience relaxed, not pushy or "salesy", and you NEVER felt pressured or rushed. From every aspect of the buying experience, they took their time to make sure you understood the whole process. Davis Wood my salesman was incredible. Again, 5 star experience with the sale. Davis listen to my needs and made the whole sales cycle easy and pleasant. Jim the sales manager is a serious top notch gentleman! He was pleasant, very accomidating, understanding, and was able to make the budget work. Finance was amazing too! The finance gal clearly explained every single document and took time to answer all my questions. The Hyundai warranty is a market leader....even on certified pre owned cars. The warranty was explained clearly and certainly put my mind at easy for the dependability and reliability of the Hyundia line of vehicles. After re-reading this I fear that people would think that it is hyperbole, trust me...it is not. Just an amazing dealership and experience! And an amazing Hyundia Veloster to boot! More

I knew exactly what car I wanted, and found it in Longmont, right down the street from our house. I filled out the online questionnaire and received a follow up call within minutes from Davis. Of course, I expressed my concerns to him regarding some previous dealerships I’ve dealt with, and didn’t want a similar experience. He assured me that wouldn’t be the case. I made an appt for noon, and loved the car instantly- along with my interaction with Davis. He was kind, welcoming, and had all associated paperwork ready for me. He offered to help me transfer my sons car seat to the new car to test drive, and offered his help with moving my belongings after the purchase. He came back with better numbers than any dealership did on the first try, and of course they were in the price range I expressed to him I initially wanted! No negotiation necessary, and got exactly what I want! I highly recommend working with this dealership, as well as Davis in particular! More

Deceptive selling of extended warranty Chris was as smooth as they come, until I realized he sold me a third party extended warranty instead of a Hyundai Certified warranty. It's completely non-cancellable as well, so there is no way to switch it out. He was misleading and very deceptive in this practice. I would recommend not doing business with this company. It was my 2nd time buying a car but my first time financing a car. Everyone at Stevinson Hyundai made it a very easy, smooth, and fun experience. I went there hoping to take home my dream car and they made that happen with no problem. Being a young adult with no credit history I was very doubtful about being able to walk away with the car, but that didn't propose an issue. Do to the commitment of the wonderful employees at Stevinson Hyundai they didn't stop until they could make it work. They did everything they could do to get me the best deal possible. After the car was purchased, the finance manager Chris Tracey still continued to go out of his way to personally help me out by getting me a better interest rate to save me money! Chris was also considerate enough to take the time to explain to me more efficient ways to build my credit! You can tell he really cares about his customers and wants what's best for them! Davis Walker was an absolute pleasure to do business with! I called him to let him know I was interested in the car and when I came by to look at it he had it all ready to look at and test drive. Not to mention had it completely detailed and washed. Davis made the initial process very enjoyable and easy! Chris and Davis displayed great customer service and care. After my 1998 Nissan Sentra went down hard, I went to Stevinson looking for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra that hadn't actually reached their lot yet, and Davis presented a better deal in a 2016 Hyundai GT Elantra hatchback (that hadn't yet gone through the pre-certification check). I took a test drive and loved it. I was on a short timetable with the school year quickly approaching, and they made sure the car was ready by the beginning of the next week. The entire team's integrity was obvious and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the transaction. Thanks to Stevinson Hyundai for an awesome buying experience! More
