The dealership was easy to work with and listened to my needs with little 'sales' pushes. The over all experience was very good. I am providing a lower rating because the car they sold me, a 2025 HyundaiDate Fe Hybrid Caligraphy is turning into an expensive xxx. None of the 'connected car's features I paid for work. Navigation, BLUELINK, Wifi, Online music... None of these work! And the dashboard rattles like a SOB! Multiple frustrating calls to Hyundai and Verzion as well as a trip to the dealership with no progress made. And NO return phone calls from anyone. More

They didn’t even ask about problem I wrote in appointment description. It took 40 minutes longer than they told me it would be, even though I saw that car was done in time, but they made me sit l appointment description. It took 40 minutes longer than they told me it would be, even though I saw that car was done in time, but they made me sit longer because of needed paperwork. They didn’t seem very kind, just busy. They super kind before we bought the car. The after care has been a struggle. More

Two hours for a routine oil change when I was the first appointment of the day. I watched and the car didn’t even go back until 825. I appreciated the coupon I received for next service appointment as a re appointment of the day. I watched and the car didn’t even go back until 825. My old dealership closed. Stevenson is farther from my house than dealership where I bought my car and was taking it for service.
