We purchased two new Lexus vehicles from Stevinson Lexus of Frederick, one in 2007, and one in 2010. We purchased the first vehicle with Jeff Farley, and went back to him for the second because we liked hi of Frederick, one in 2007, and one in 2010. He also takes the time to follow up personally to check that we are satisfied and our vehicles are performing well. My wife and I definitely recommend Jeff to any prospective customers. Since our first vehicle purchase, we have been returning to the dealership for regular service. The experience with the service department has been excellent. We usually deal with Russ Dawson or Matt Waygood. Both service representatives are very courteous and are always more than willing to accommodate our schedule and loaner car needs while our vehicles are at the dealership for service. The dealership facility is very comfortable and clean. They have refreshments, television, and wi-fi in a warm waiting area with sofas and chairs. I would be remiss if I did not mention that both of our vehicles, a 2008 RX 400h and a 2010 HS 250h, have been just as fantastic as the dealershp. The overall experience at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick is personable and enjoyable. The dealership and staff really stand out from all my wife's and my past car buying experiences. Chris was at the auto show and offered an explanation on the new 450 h and provided his business card to answer any questions regarding the car of my dreams :). I am a single woman and very independent but cautious regarding the way I use my money. I don't feel comfortable asking questions in a dealership. I don't want to use somebody else’s time and I don't want the pressure of buying; feeling obligated or embarrassed because of the time they spent with me. My experience with Chris was completely different. He made me feel like my prayers were answered. He was there to help me understand the advantages of the hybrid technology without any pressure to buy. I took my time in deciding, many months, and he never showed more than a genuine interest in helping me to make the right decision and at a time that was right for me.
