hustler scott supposed to be general manager of sales. Scott, the general manager of sales is the most rude, ethically challenged person I have ever met during the 60 years of my life. We have purchased at least 10 cars from stevinson lexus. The dealership sent us an email saying they would take 43000 Plus for this car. We drove over 200 miles from Nebraska and now he wants 46000. I showed him the copy of his e-mail. First he claimed it was a mistake and he lowered our trade-in price from 14 to 11 thousand and said he would honor the 43000 for the car after he lowered our trade in value. After dealing with his rude and arrogant behavior we drove back to Nebraska and will not do business with him. More
