I’m very satisfied with the service department and have never been disappointed with my visits. Joe always takes the time to listen to my concerns, and I fully trust his recommendations. We recently worked through an intermittent rear liftgate issue that was difficult to replicate, and Joe was patient and thorough in helping identify and fix the problem. He also resolved a CarPlay glitch with a simple update. I truly appreciate the time and effort Joe and the service team put into maintaining my vehicle. This is exactly the personalized, high-quality experience I expect from a Lexus dealership. More
The car itself & salesperson were terrific. However the dealership has been less than honest. After 10 days of waiting I still have not received a refund on money owed me for my free & clear However the dealership has been less than honest. Today I received a phone call stating their corporate office is still working on cutting me a check. 10 days later!!! I will never do business with Stevinson Lexus of Frederick again. More

I have traded in a car for a newer used car. Both when I was looking for a car and when I was picking it up without financing, I have been kept waiting for 2 hours. They don't have enough staff but plenty of salespeople. They no longer have a detail department to do the car detailing that their customers expect for these expensive luxury cars. We purchased the extended maintenance contract, we were charged for the 30k maintenance check, should have been at zero cost.. I requested a refund, still have not heard back. It was $1,200 roughly. I went into Stevenson to test drive a used Lexus. The sales person was hyper focused on selling me a brand new Lexus and I ended up buying a brand new Lexus. Immediately when I left the dealer, I noticed that I couldn’t see out of the windshield.I called the next day and they’ve been completely unwilling to work with me in anyway. It is not safe for me to drive at night. The financing department has been unresponsive and do not call me back. This car dealership only is concerned with selling cars and not with the safety of their customers. More
