I have a 2009 Lexus RX-350, and I always get it serviced at this dealership. Their service is outstanding. They always provide an estimate ahead of time, and it is usually spot-on—the costs are typically th at this dealership. Their service is outstanding. They always provide an estimate ahead of time, and it is usually spot-on—the costs are typically the same as any other reputable mechanic. The best part is that they specialize in Lexus services. I can wait for my car to be serviced in their comfortable waiting area, browse new or used cars, read a magazine, or watch TV. The complimentary refreshments are a bonus. The service staff are well-trained and know the vehicle and the service to be performed. This always helps because sometimes there are complicating factors or other things to consider when getting a car serviced. A few years ago, I had a few mechanical issues, and my car was towed to them for repairs. Since the repairs might take more than a day or so to complete, I was offered either a ride home or a complimentary loaner. This was a nice bonus also. More
