After we found what I wanted to buy I called and asked my husband to come by and check out the car also. It was 5:00 pm and Kellie was suppose to get off at that time, but she stayed and waited for my husband to show up. He came from Cheyenne and got there around 6:15 so it was admirable that Kelley stayed. We ended up buying the car and didn't finish the deal until after 8 pm. My purchasing experience on 2/22/18 at your dealership did not disappoint. I expected to spend more than I wanted and that the process would take some time. I appreciated that I did not feel pressured or rushed into making any decisions. I have always felt that I receive honest information about my vehicle from the Lexus dealer. Lexus is a great product and in my mind worth whatever it costs. There seems to be no need to try to misrepresent the product. Casey and John were great. The facility is gorgeous. I made a purchase in the gift shop and the gals at the service desk rang me up and they were both very nice. The vehicle information that was emailed to me was incorrect and in was hopeful to get more for my trade in, thus the less than 5 stars for quality and price.
