Impeccable service After looking at many different cars over the course of many months, my husband and I walked into Stevinson Lexus when we were in Frederick visiting s After looking at many different cars over the course of many months, my husband and I walked into Stevinson Lexus when we were in Frederick visiting some friends. Kasey Goodrich walked out to greet us, making us feel welcomed, and offered to show us a few models. What struck us at the dealership, was how professional and courteous he was. Each time we drove a car, another was waiting for us when we came back! It's not as if we were the only shoppers there, because Kasey was also helping another couple, but he seemed to really care about providing excellent service for us, so that we weren't standing around waiting. I appreciated that. When we arrived back a few weeks later to purchase a car, Kasey wasn't there, but we were greeted by Chris Rogers who was also very personal and knowledgeable about the ES300h. We were pressed for time, and Chris made sure we were able to quickly purchase the car we wanted without having to sit through a lot of paperwork. We picked the car up later that day after it was detailed, and we've been pleased ever since. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends! More

Recently, I found myself looking for an AWD vehicle. Research narrowed my search down to three vehicles. The Lexus RX 350 was one of them. With my first visit to Stevinson of Frederick, I found myself fortunate to get Jodi Wersen as my sales consultant. She showed me a few previously owned RX 350's ( I figured that I might be lucky to afford one that was a few years old) and we also went for a test drive. Jodi answered any questions that I had and if she wasn't sure about something, she checked with someone else. I was sold on the vehicle but still not sure that it was my best move financially. I looked at a couple other vehicles but found myself returning to look at the RX 350 again and again. Jodi was friendly, professional, and helpful on each of my visits. On my last (sales) visit, she made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. I purchased a 2015 Lexus RX 350! I've had the vehicle a month and I'm still pinching myself! Never Again I had purchased a CPO Lexus at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick about three and a half years ago. My experience was sensational and when it was time to p I had purchased a CPO Lexus at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick about three and a half years ago. My experience was sensational and when it was time to purchase again, the first (only) place I looked was Stevinson Lexus of Frederick. I found a car that I was interested in and submitted a purchase inquiry. Kasey responded right away and told me the car I was interested in was available. I set up an appointment to drive the sixty miles from my home to the dealership and confirmed my appointment prior to leaving home. When I arrived an hour later, I was told that the car I had driven up to look at had sold an hour ago. I can understand that the dealership can't turn away a buyer, but if the car sold or was in the process of being sold, I should have been told before making the drive. Thankfully, another similarly equipped car was available to drive, but hadn't been detailed yet. I ended up buying that car. The frustration started shortly thereafter. I took the car and was promised several things that as of today (almost three weeks later) have only been partially delivered. I've tried to be patient and have worked with Mr. Banno (General Manager) and other senior management with very little satisfaction. The areas that Stevinson Lexus of Frederick need to improve on from my point of view are: 1) Communication, both within the dealership as well as with their customers, 2) Follow-up on verbal and written promises, 3) Quality control of services performed. I've purchased several other luxury vehicles including several Mercedes-Benz, BMW, as well as multiple domestic offerings from Ford and Chrysler (Dodge and Jeep). Never have I seen such a poorly run dealership as Stevinson Lexus of Frederick. At this point, I'm finished with the circus and will simply take my business elsewhere. More

Enjoying my Lexus LS460 I had a very good experience with Stevinson Lexus of Frederick. I had been taking my 2001 LS430 to them for years and have always had good service. Buying a certified preowned LS460L was something I had been thinking about for quite a while. Nathan Barnett made this experience a lot of fun. He has a personality that is uniquely suited to selling luxury vehicles such as mine. He was very responsive to all my questions, and even when there was a bit of trouble with getting the car aligned just right, I didn't mind taking it in a few times just to get everything to Nate's satisfaction. He is to be commended for the excellent care my husband and I received. More
