I had my car serviced Thursday. I took it to Firestone to work on my rims. Firestone couldn’t find the wheel lock. I called Stevinson and they told me that they don’t use the custom I took it to Firestone to work on my rims. Firestone couldn’t find the wheel lock. I called Stevinson and they told me that they don’t use the customer’s wheel lock. I drove there and they started out telling me that they don’t use the wheel lock but then it turned out the tech used it and didn’t put it back where he found it and didn’t tell anyone. I got the wheel lock and took it to Firestone so they could finish my job. The needless round trip took at least an hour. I’ve asked, but so far no offer to compensate me for my trouble. More

Thank goodness for the great service of my sales associate. Dealership was very unimpressive. Didn't even acknowledge my presence.
