Kevin Kaplan is an asset to Lexus of Frederick’s Service Department. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating. When I could not communicate with him over the phone for an extended period of time due to a conference, he easily switched to email detailing all work that needed to be done with thorough explanations and price breakdowns. I had a lot of questions and he was flexible and I commend him for taking what must have been over an hour to concisely respond to all my concerns via email. He worked up a brilliant service plan that was customized to our vehicle needs. Also I must mention that he was very clever in putting us in a hybrid loaner car. As many parents have to do several times a day, I had to sit in a long line of cars waiting to pick up my children. It was so nice to sit there in full electric mode without having to keep the engine puffing along just to hold a space in line. That was such a selling point on the new Lexus’ vehicles. I hope he passes this tidbit along to the sales department. More
What a great day I had last Saturday, December 14, 2013. My son and I visited the Stevinson Lexus dealership in Frederick to look at used cars. What started out as "just looking at used cars" turned into buying a brand new 2014 Lexus IS250. A big thank you goes to Gary Williams who went out of his way to help me get the car of my dreams. His customer service skills and knowledge goes above and beyond the norm. Normally, I am turned off by pushy and aggressive salesmen, but Gary's style was all about knowledge of the car along with super customer service skills. He definately is an asset to Stevinson Lexus of Frederick. Also, I would like to compliment Adam Fedak who did a fantastic job putting together the final financial package for me. He assured me that both Gary and hmself would continue to offer their outstanding customer service skills even for future service needs. That really impressed me. It was not all about making a sale, but about making me happy and caring about what I wanted. Kudos to Gary and Adam. Kasey greeted us with a big smile and welcoming handshakes. We had travelled pretty far and it was worth the trip. The dealership is beautiful, cozy, warm and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly, was not intimidating, answered all of our questions satisfactorily, and didn't hesitate to let us know any thing we needed. Kasey diligently pointed out the restrooms and snack area soon after arriving. I was able to refresh my self and get a cup of hot tea before sitting down to complete all the paper work that went very smoothly. We then had a little break and enjoyed the beautiful living area. We caught up on a little evening news and looked ast some of the cars in the showroom and then Jordan K. escorted us into his office and professionally dealt with all the paper in a timely and gentle manner. Kasey met us in Jordan's office and transitioned my husband and me into our meeting with Brian. Brian answered all my questions of the car and even synced my bluetooth for me. He was very patient, polite and kind. The area were the car was was well lighted and well located. All three gentlemen were extremely polite, knowledgable and friendly and made the purchase a delightful experience. I would go back there for another purchase and I would recommend this dealership and these three gentleman, Kasey, Brian and Jordan to all my friends and acquitances. I love my car! More
My wife and I went in looking for a new RX 350. It was a cloudy and rainy day. We ended up buying a used 2013 that had been in service for 10 months. The vehicle looked good considering the weather. The vehicle was black and when we got a sunny day we noticed tiny scratches over most of the body, Presumably, mostly from car wash brushes. There are several other scratches over the body in different areas. We are admittedly terribly 'picky' about our vehicles. Kasey did have us bring the vehicle back and the dealership did another detail on the vehicle. The car did look good after it was detailed again. But, when the sun came up again, it had not eliminated that many of the scratches. I blame ourselves for buying a used vehicle and then on a cloudy and rainy day. Obviously, the person who had used it did not have the same standards as we have, and we understand. Overall, we are pleased with the vehicle. I want to add that Kasey (Goodrich) was very pleasant to work with and contacted us several times to follow up. I would recommend him to everyone. The dealership has also been very good so far. We moved from another state where we had owned 4 other Lexus vehicles in the past. More

My wife and I are sold on, not only the Lexus line of vehicles, but more importantly the incredible service one gets through Stevinson Lexus. This experience was only exemplified by having the pleasure of being served by Kasey Goodrich. This person doesn't sell vehicles, he sells a service that goes beyond the ownership of vehicle. Kasey ensured we were treated promptly and with such courtesy that it would be my recommendation to anyone wishing to purchase a Lexus from this dealership to go through this gentleman. His service also went further than just the selling of the vehicle. Kasey followed up with us and ensured we were nothing less then pleased with our purchase. He also sent us a heart felt card, written by his daughter, that real showed how far he will take his customer service with a personal touch. All in all anyone looking to purchase a vehicle should look no further than that of a Lexus. The comfort, luxury and accommodations one gets from a Lexus vehicle is only surpassed by the amazing customer service shown and experience at Stevinson Lexus. The financing available by Lexus Financial also makes ownership of a Lexus a reality for those who are under the impression they would never be able to acquire such a luxurious vehicle. Adam Fedak also developed such a professional, comfortable and stress free atmosphere during the financing portion of our experience. We did not feel pressured and the explanation of all that Lexus Financial had to offer was incredible. I would recommend, and already have, going to Stevinson Lexus and assured those I spoke with that they would not be disappointed. More
My wife and I had just been in an automobile accident but had not yet heard if our vehicle had been totaled. Fortunately our vehicle was a total loss and were were able to begin driving a new Lexus without delay. I appreciated the no-nonsense pricing that allowed us to lease the car at a fair price based upon my internet research. This is our first experience with Lexus and I am very impressed. Both Shane and Adam were great to work with. I had initally picked an Acadia that I was a little uncomfortable with the condition, but was still moving forward due to the comfort and trust I had in Sh initally picked an Acadia that I was a little uncomfortable with the condition, but was still moving forward due to the comfort and trust I had in Shane to take care of the issues. However I spotted another Acadia on the lot which was perfect, meeting all the requirements I had. Shane and Adam worked seamlessly to help me swap the two Acadia's and within an hour I was a very happy and satified customer! Shane Swenson and Adam Fedak certianly do put he customer first!
