I was very pleased with Michaell Cangelosi's professional and courteous service!! He has, "Angel," in his name and he acts like an Angel! He went an extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with everything!! He drove several models with me, as requested and explained all the details, features and differences. He made sure that I was satisfied with all my research. He reminded me of the famous movie, "Michael," directed by Nora Ephron and the actor John Travolta, who is a genius, but still down to earth guy. He stayed longer to make sure that all my paperwork was done and that my car was ready. I felt very relaxed and had a great experience. Michaell offered me a World Class Service!! I highly recommend to look for Michaell when you arrive at the dealership. Shane is another great guy. Anthony Banno, general manager is quite helpful with a great smile and very courteous service!! I believe everything trickles down from the top. Whenever there is an excellent leadership from the higher level, the entire team is good and customers like me experience the joy and comfort ;) I loved my Lexus buying experience at the Stevinson Lexus of Fredrick in Colorado!!!!! Overall I was happy with the experience at Stevinson Lexus. I buying experience was great. Gary (the sales person that I worked with) was a really nice guy and not pushy at all. This is the second vechile I have purchased from Stevinson Lexus. Im not even sure why I have gone to other dealerships but I do know I will not go any where else for my future purchases. My sales man Gary Williams and everyone there at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick was very professional, I got an amazing deal, I left very satisfied with my purchase! Nathan Barnett took the time to show me all of the features in my car and answered any questions I had. Travis in financing was also amazing, and a special thanks to Kevin in service for making sure any issues I had with my vechile were taken care of! Customer Service: Jeff initially gave my wife and I a very welcomed experience both on the phone and in person. However that changed when my wife and I caught him in multiple lies. My wife and I were looking for a Certified Pre-Owned, non-smoker IS250, Jeff indicated via text message that he in fact had one in possession, however much to our disappointment the one on their lot was a smoker's car, after the 40 mile trip north to look at this specific car Quality of Work: Have not had a car serviced there, can't judge their work quality Friendliness: As stated above, initially Jeff was very friendly, but once we started talking numbers he became very recalcitrant, even after we were lied to, and there were numerous items that needed to be addressed on this Certified Pre-Owned Car Overall: My wife and I traveled up to Frederick specifically for this vehicle that Jeff had brought to our attention. We didn't know that when we got there, numerous issues were present on a car that was given a Lexus Certified Pre-Owned attestation, and that we would be blatantly lied to. Recommendation: I will not be buying a vehicle from Stevenson Lexus of Frederick because of Jeff Farley. Also, it’s worth noting that I reached out to the General Manager of Stevenson Lexus of Frederick, Anthony Banno regarding our experience and he has not responded back to me. More
