My wife and I have just purchased our second Lexus from Stevinson Lexus of Frederick because the salesman, Chris Rogers, was someone we knew we could trust. When we purchased our first car at Stevinson, we had been treated fairly and with genuine courtesy by Chris Rogers and his integrity was the reason we returned when we needed a second car. Chris was patient in answering all our questions and showed careful attention to details in guiding us through each step as we considered our purchase. We did not feel pressured and he respected our deliberation while we were deciding what we wanted to do. The Lexus is an excellent car and working with someone like Chris Rogers brings additional satisfaction and peace of mind. I also want to mention how much we appreciated the information and attention we received from Ron Domenico in the Service Department. We had some technical questions which he answered in a personable way and he was very helpful in the choices we were considering. A good experience all the way through. More

Stevinson Lexus of Frederick has the best sales force and service group I have ever dealt with. I would not buy a car from anyone else but Chris Rogers. He is a caring salesman. Jeff Farley assisted us with the purchase of the vehicle, patiently answering all our questions. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. He was very informative during the test drives, thoroughly explaining the features of each vehicle we drove. Jeff Farley made sure all our questions and considerations were addressed and exceeded our expectations in terms of assistance and support. We were impressed by this buying experience, including the new vehicle orientation; follow-up on pending questions; and the vehicle education classes. I came in with a complex transaction involving the trade in of my 2008RX400h and the purchase of a 2010 RX350. Although I arrived later in the day and had a time constraint, Shane worked very hard to accomp in of my 2008RX400h and the purchase of a 2010 RX350. Although I arrived later in the day and had a time constraint, Shane worked very hard to accomplish the transaction professionally and quickly. There were a few items that I noticed when I drove the car over the first few days, which needed to be fixed. I called Shane and explained my issues. He said that he would arrange for the car to be looked at that afternoon. He called back as promised and when I took the car in the problems were fixed immediately. I must say that the entire process was made painless by Shane. He listened to my goals and expectations concerning the deal and was reasonable to negotiate with, allowing us to complete the entire transaction in 4 hours. I left the dealership with a smile on my face and would recommend Shane and Stevinson Lexus to others. More
After some mis-communication at a recent Service Appt I was contacted by Anthony Banno to bring my car back and it would all be resolved. Upon arrival I was greeted by Matt Waygood who went out of his way was contacted by Anthony Banno to bring my car back and it would all be resolved. Upon arrival I was greeted by Matt Waygood who went out of his way to look at the items of concern and get me on my was asap. The car was there for a couple days and both Matt and Anthony kept me updated on the progress. Although there was going to be a cost to me of $93, Anthony waived the cost and took care of it. I very much appreciate all the efforts that went into everything to make things right...I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my car and it's good to know that there is such good people that are there to offer support if and when needed.
