With this tough economy I wanted a dealer that was fair, honest and treated me and my wife with respect. I can honestly state that this dealer did not let us down, but rather exceeded our expectations. We were undecided on which model to purchase, and Jay Anderson spent whatever time necessary to educate us on the different products, but also did not pressure us to make a quick decision. A vehicle purchase is a large commitment and investment and we really appreciated the salesman continuing to answer our questions on the different models we were considering, but also the patience to allow us to make an informed decision. When we made the decision on the model and started the negotiation process again we were pleasantly surprised. Anyone can go to any dealer and pay full M.S.R.P.. Without playing the endless psychological games that most dealerships play we came to a pleasantly fair price in minimal time. Once the price was decided and it was time to visit the finance office again my wife and I were in total amazement. In just minutes the paperwork was complete, exactly as promised and negotiated, and the financing was again as promised. The last Lexus we purchased I found it necessary to refinance at 2 percentage points less within 60 days because that dealership was more interested in making a commission from the bank rather than giving us a fair rate. I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime, this dealership was the best by far I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone interested in purchasing a high quality vehicle. More

Chris was understanding of the price limits we gave to him and respectful as not to try and talk us into spending more than we told him.
