I would recommend these individuals and dealership hands down. From the time we were greeted which was right away, we were treated like royalty, like our business really mattered!! Harold went to great lengths as our salesman to get all of our questions and concerns answered while making sure that we were comfortable. While Harold was working with Adam to get us a better interest rate than the one we had received a pre approval for from our credit union, Nathan went through the whole car with us. Nathan even went so far as to give us his cell number and offer to come by our home and help me get all of the technical programs set up. We were there at the dealership until very late...they all stayed and no one would have ever known that they all should have been on their way home over 2 hours earlier. None of them rushed us or seemed put out. In fact the next Monday Adam called me and he had found yet an even lower interest rate and made it very simple to come back and just sign two pieces of paper. The follow up has been just as good...it makes me love the car even more;) There are many, many businesses that could use a lesson in customer service and public relations from this group!!!! More

The sales associated that helped me knew exactly what I wanted. We had spoke earlier before my visit and he did his best to get me the car that I was interested in. We had a great experience at Stevenson Lexus. We purchased and RX 350 which was our second new Lexus purchase.
