This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Stevinson Lexus in the past 2 years. We were very impressed with the knowledge and help we received from Shane. Working with an auto broker, we had some hesitation entering the dealership, assuming that the sales personnel would treat us differently than if we walked in on our own. Our sales adviser, Mr. Chris Rogers welcomed us warmly into the dealership, had much of the paperwork already in progress, and took a significant amount of time making sure that we knew about the automobile we were interest in, the features available, and answering all questions related to price, etc, We felt genuinely welcomed as Chris orchestrated our sale's experience as he introduced us to the finance manager and automobile exit specialist. All of these individuals made sure that we understood fully the operation of the automobile and its features.
