When he was busy with other customers, he ensured that other sales associates helped us with the test drive and answered and questions. We took three visits before the final decision, but there was not pressure at any stage to push a decision. This is our second Lexus purchase from Chris. Scott Desimone, the Sales Manager helped seal the deal. Nathan Barnett did a great vehicle overview on the features of the vehicle and helped setup a number of personal options.
