I have owned many high end automobiles and had them serviced across the country. I can easily state that this Stevenson dealership trumps all the others. They seem to have a strong desire to make bot serviced across the country. I can easily state that this Stevenson dealership trumps all the others. When service is needed they are extremely helpful and accomodating. Every detail is explained in a manner that is understandable to the consumer. They are on time and have a beautiful, comfortable waiting area if one chooses to wait. They also have a loaner car program and for the first time yesterday I used the pick-up and delivery program; it made the service not interfering with other tasks that needed to be completed. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Jay was very friendly from the minute we stepped into the dealership unlike other Lexus dealership. He made sure that we made the right choice by buying a NEW lexus and not a pre-owned :). The dealership itself is very nice and comfortable. They immediately offer you a beverage and some type of snack; doesnt seem like a big deal but definitely makes you feel valued. I then worked with Jeff Farley who has an expert knowledge of the vehicles and was able to explain the different features of each vehicle and how it would apply to my needs. My first visit and test drive did not include a purchase of a vehicle, but JEff talked about my needs and we determined a path forward when other vehicles became available. Jeff also continued to answer my questions regarding trade in value, different purchase options and residual value of used Lexus vehicles even though I had yet to commit to a vehicle and had stated it might be a few months out. As a result of getting the right information and doing independant research, I decided to move forwad with a new car purchase. Jeff walked me through the process and ensured I felt good about the purchase price, trade in value, etc... even though he had a repeat customer come into the store saying they were ready to buy a car. Most sales people would have gotten rid of you immediately to go get another sale since I was already in the purchasing process. I then was introduced to Travis Graves in the financing department. I asked Travis to provide information on the additional warranty options and other options available along with his best price as I did not want to haggle. Travis provided his best price and then worked with me to get the best financing rate available which I was very happy with. After purchasing the car, I had an appointment to get a clear bra, protective coats and a window Tint which Jeff coordinated (independantly) with a tinting business that he has personally used and provided warranty on their work. As I showed up to the appointment, Ron Domenico immediately had a car available (the same one I purchased with only 4k miles) for me to use while my car was being worked on. Talk about efficient service. When I picked up my car, Jeff again spent 90 minutes with me going over all the options on the car and how they worked. To say the least, I have never experienced this type of service from a car dealership and although I am only a few weeks into the experience, leads me to believe that I will always be valued at this dealership. Another perk is taking my car in every other week for a free car wash and vacuum. I would highly recommend working with Jeff if you have any plans to purchase a Lexus. More

I was please to get scheduled in for service with only a days notice. Matt was prepared for my arrival with a loaner car. The service only took a couple of hours and I was on my way back to work.
