We had a 2008 RX 350 and liked the car. Monday we drove to Stevinson Lexus of Frederick for our 10:30 am appointment. We were met as we arrived by David Barney and Tim Joliceur. David showed us a car they had for us to look at that had the features we were looking for. We went on a test drive and David was very knowledgeable about the car and the questions we asked. David worked thru the negotiations very efficiently and the deal was made to our satisfaction. We spent some time with Travis Graves signing the agreements and he was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. David took us to the new car delivery area where we spent considerable time familiarizing us with our new car. He was very patient with us with all the new features that were unfamiliar to us and new to this car. When we left Stevinson we felt David had gone above and beyond to make our transition as easy as possible. David may have realized we were a bit overwhelmed as he called the next forming to see how we were doing and if we had any questions or concerns. We have talked with him a couple times since the purchase and he is always available, patient and has answered our questions. Our Stevinson experience was a very good one. David showed us the Service area (so clean) and we feel very confident working with Stevinson. Our overall buying experience was excellent.
