I was greeted by William Overton and he made me feel like a VIP at a 5 star hotel. Bill(he said I could call him Bill) showed me a 2008 GX400h. Long story short, I test drove the car, loved it. There were a few issues but Bill handled them quickly. He also introduced me to the General Manager, that was nice. OH, Bill came to my home and brought me to the Dealership to do the paperwork and that made it easy for me to get in the car and drive it home to surprise my wife. Bill also let me borrow a BIG RED BOW to put on the car when my wife opened the garage. My wife loves the car, she likes the idea that the car is certified and has a warranty.
