This was not a problem at all, with the breakroom, the snacks, the juice and the popsicles. Everything went very well especially taking into consideration that we traded in 4 vehicles. My wife and I did not come to the dealership to purchase a Lexus but after meeting Tim and having him passionately speak about the Lexus, we were sold. He knows this product very well and spent hours with us talking about the vehicle and training us on the vehicle. I feel like I could call him any time with any needs that I have related to the vehicle. On another note, Stevinson has exceeded my expectations in all matters I have presented them with concerning my ES350. They are quick to respond, quick and thorough with the repairs or work requested and take the time to explain the repairs at any level you wish to understand. I have even gone so far as to contact them on the road with questions concerning the NAV system and they were helpful and courteous in the process - a very good dealership to do business with!! More

When we did stop to browse we were greeted by Chris Rogers the salesperson that assisted us throughout our purchase. Mr. Rogers was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and each of the different types of vehicles we looked at and the one we eventually purchased. Travis in the finance department was also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable throughout the transaction. This was by far the most pleasant auto buying experience I have had in over 40 years. The customer waiting area was fully stocked with complimentary refreshments and exhibits a very pleasant atmosphere. The whole experience was first class. More
