My expectations are high. To date, and after six years of owning my GX470, without any reservation I can state that being a Lexus owner, and dealing with Lexus dealerships have far exceeded my expectations. Recently, I relocated from Florida to Colorado. The cross country drive (approximately 1900 miles) was problem free, and even enjoyable. One week after arriving in Colorado, the alternator needed to be replaced. I was lost in the middle of a metropolitan area when the service light came on. After a brief episode of panic, I called the nearest Lexus Dealership – Stevinson Lexus of Frederick, Colorado. I had the privileged of speaking with Ms. Shiela Foley in the Service Department. Within an hour, I had a loaner car, a detailed education on what the problem might be, a review of my GX470’s maintenance history, and was assured that my vehicle would be taken care of in a timely manner. WOW! As a car owner, it doesn’t get much better than that! My vehicle was returned in a timely manner. The quality of service was exceptional. Most impressive, however, was the level of service I received from Ms. Foley. It was quite evident that Sheila had a passion for her work. Moreover, her knowledge was incredible. She was extremely patient with my high expectations, and went out of her way to accommodate my requests. Keep in mind, there is no commission to be gained from working in the service department. Overall, my experience with Stevinson Lexus of Frederick, and Ms. Sheila Foley in the service department, exemplifies professionalism and quality service at its best. Our search for a new family car led us to Stevinson Lexus of Fredrick where we had found a used vehicle online that we were interested in. Our first point of contact was Chris Rogers and right from the start of Fredrick where we had found a used vehicle online that we were interested in. Our first point of contact was Chris Rogers and right from the start Chris was informative, friendly and knowledgeable about the product and process. Chris was very open about the vehicle’s condition and sensitive to our distance from the dealership and was willing to give us a virtual tour of the vehicle – walking around it, and going through the interior, describing every detail so that we could make an informed decision about driving the 81 miles to look at it. As it turns out we did make the trip to Stevinson of Fredrick and we did purchase the vehicle. Chris explained how Stevinson Lexus works and that only the best of the best of the used inventory ends up on the lot. I would agree. Just for our own piece of mind we took the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection (after we’d bought it) at our local mechanic and the entire vehicle checked out with high marks in all mechanical and functional categories. Chris had explained the thorough inspection that all used vehicles go through at Stevinson Lexus and I believe that this dealership takes pride in every vehicle that leaves their property. As our needs evolve we would consider Stevinson Lexus of Fredrick in the future for other vehicle needs, only the next time we would have fewer questions and concerns knowing that the product on the lot will be exactly as described and the process will be worry free.
