He was also very prompt in resopnding to questions we had via email and telephone. Cheryl and I can honestly say it was a real pleasure working with Jay. He is a wonderful example of the Lexus standard of excellence. On the day we took delivery, Travis Graves was responsible for the actual transaction. He too was very pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our brief time with him as he explained the warranty purchase options and prepared all of the paperwork. Travis was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining all of the forms for our signature. Shane Swenson gave us a detailed introduction to the RX and was more than pateint in the process. We had a limited amount of time for this introduction due to a previous engagement and Shane did a great job of getting through everything we needed to know. I was greeted by William Overton and he made me feel like a VIP at a 5 star hotel. Bill(he said I could call him Bill) showed me a 2008 GX400h. Long story short, I test drove the car, loved it. My wife brought our daughter out and my wife drove it and loved it! After looking at several other makes and models the Lexus was a no-brainer. Bill made the whole process easy and fun. There were a few issues but Bill handled them quickly. He also introduced me to the General Manager, that was nice. OH, Bill came to my home and brought me to the Dealership to do the paperwork and that made it easy for me to get in the car and drive it home to surprise my wife. Bill also let me borrow a BIG RED BOW to put on the car when my wife opened the garage. My wife loves the car, she likes the idea that the car is certified and has a warranty.
