I purchased an RX350 from the Fredericks dealership December 31, 2010... Over the past 40+ years of owning both foreign and domestic cars, I have dreaded going to the dealers for service. That is until now! Stevinson Lexus of Frederick has changed my feeling of dread to domestic cars, I have dreaded going to the dealers for service. That is until now! Stevinson Lexus of Frederick has changed my feeling of dread to one of calm. I now know that my cars (ES330 and RX330) will be taken care of without any problems. Too many times in the past I was told that the problems with the car were all my fault and the dealer wouldn't cover any costs. Customers mattered very little except that they could pay the bill. And if my wife took in our car for service, she never knew what to expect. Most of the time the attitude was to ignore her comments. After all she was only a woman. The service department personnel at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick are friendly, courteous, willing to spend time answering questions, and making you the customer feel like you are indeed respected. Even if you are working with a specific service person and that person is busy with another customer, you are not ignored. Other service personnel are there to assist you. Since buying our two previously owned Lexuses, we have worked primarily with Matt Waygood. His attitude personifies the attitude of all the service personnel which is that you are a guest and are treated as such. Come to think of it, all the Stevinson Lexus personnel exhibit that attitude. Maybe that is the reason Lexus personnel are so different from those found at other dealers. My wife and I highly recommend Stevinson Lexus of Frederick service department! More
