David was awesome to work with. He made sure we were getting the 2011 RX350 that we wanted. I recently purchased a new GS350 from Tim Jolicoeur. I have spent the last 34 years in Sales with IBM and I know great sales people when I see them. Tim responded to an online inquiry for a new car by calling me directly and I informed him that I had decided to purchase the car at Kuni Lexus since is was closer to my home and would be more convenient. Tim, in the most persuasive yet professional manner convinced me to call him before I closed any deal with Kuni. Net, Net, I called Tim from the Kuni dealership and ended up driving up that day to purchase my new car. But Tim's effort did not stop there. He called me daily to keep me on board with the status of my car as it was coming from another dealership. Our delivery experience was also outstanding. Tim delivered the car under the bright lights in the Garage area (which by the way was spotless) and it was magnificent! I will never forget the look on my Wife's face when she saw it! We received great instructions on using the many features and Tim never failed to immediately return our follow on calls. When we did stop to browse we were greeted by Chris Rogers the salesperson that assisted us throughout our purchase. Mr. Rogers was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and each of the different types of vehicles we looked at and the one we eventually purchased. Travis in the finance department was also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable throughout the transaction. This was by far the most pleasant auto buying experience I have had in over 40 years.
